Some agents who do not officially represent the Universities (when they do not have a representation contract with the Universities of Bath, Exeter, Nottingham and Warwick), will offer to “help” you send an application. They will not receive any commission from the Universities of Bath, Exeter, Nottingham and Warwick if you decide to enrol there. Therefore, they will either (1) encourage you to enrol at a university from where they can receive commission, or (2), charge you a “consultation fee” (or whatever) for their services. Consortium UK do not charge you any fees because we have representation contracts with the Universities of Bath, Exeter, Nottingham and Warwick. Therefore, it is much better that you consult Consortium UK before you send an application.
Consortium UK never sends applications to universities that we do not officially represent. We prefer to focus on specialist representation of the Universities of Bath, Exeter, Nottingham and Warwick.
If you are not sure if an agent is an official representative of a university, then look at the university website to see if the agent is mentioned.
